Can I change the name on my will call ticket?
No. If someone else is picking up the ticket at will call, you have to send them a picture of your ID, so they can show that to pick it up under your name.
Do you serve food?
Yes, Stationside is open during every show from doors until when the headliner goes on (only for people at the show). It's open to the public for lunch Tues-Fri 11am-2pm.
Do you host private events at your venue?

Check the event info of the show you're interested in. Some shows are 18+, some are all ages. If a show is 18+ and you are under 18, you can still attend if you are accompanied by a parent.
What hotels are near by?
We have a special discount set up with The Courtyard Marriott in Midtown. It has a free shuttle Mon-Fri that goes anywhere within a 3 mile radius, so it can take you to the show! Click on this LINK to book it!

We do not allow full size backpacks, and all bags are subject to search.
Do you have a coat check?
Unfortunately, we haven't been able to find a way to squeeze that into our room. Sorry!
If a show says sold out online, are there tickets held for the door?
No, we don't hold tickets for the door. Sold out is sold out.
How can I avoid online service fees?
Buy your tickets directly from us at the box office. It's open during all shows and Tues-Fri 11am-5pm. We cannot sell tickets over the phone.
Do you have seating?
The majority of our shows are GA standing room. If a show has seating, it is specified in the show info on our website. If you have an injury or health issue that makes it hard to stand and are coming to a show that has standing room only, please give us a call and we'll take care of you. We want everyone to be able to enjoy their favorite band, no matter what!
What ticketing company do you use?
Our ticketing is powered by Ticketfly.
What is your capacity?
625 standing room.
Do you allow smoking in the venue?

Can you scan my ticket off my phone if I wasn't able to print it off?
